As a Microsoft MVP, frequent speaker, and community organizer, I am often asked what makes the Microsoft developer community so vibrant and energized. My answer, always the same, is that it is the community itself that provides the impetus for continued community growth. I feel a sense of pride for how our community has evolved and where it is today, and I look forward to seeing how the community continues to grow as we move forward. As we approach 2010, I firmly believe that the developer community will require continued training, leadership, and mentoring.
